Security and Trust

Monarch handles conversation notes, recipient context, drafts, one-pagers, and send records for revenue teams. The public beta is built around tenant isolation, controlled access, and an auditable path from capture to send.

Tenant isolation

Every customer workspace is tenant-scoped. Persisted records carry a tenant identifier, access is role-based, and administrative and send actions are recorded in an audit trail.

Encryption and credentials

Monarch uses TLS for data in transit and encryption at rest for stored data. Provider credentials are stored outside source control in managed secrets, and connected mailboxes or business systems can be revoked by the customer.

Governed sending

Teams configure who can send, what needs review, and what gets logged. Messages that require a person stay held until approved, and completed sends keep the policy and audit context attached.

Data handling

Monarch does not sell customer data. The current privacy terms, subprocessor list, and data processing terms are published for review.

Read the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
