Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Monarch public beta plans are subscription software plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Paid access activates a Monarch workspace.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel before the next renewal period. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not automatically delete workspace data. Export and deletion requests can be sent to support.

Refunds

For beta customers, refund requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase will be reviewed if the customer cannot reasonably use the service. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or approved by Monarch.

Email billing@flymonarch.ai with the workspace name, billing email, and reason for the request.
